Four Pillars is joining EastPoint: Seoul 2026 as its official research partner.
Co-hosted by Hashed, Bloomingbit, and The Korea Economic Daily, EastPoint: Seoul is a private conference bringing together financial institutions, policymakers, and leading digital asset and AI companies to discuss the next phase of Korea's digital economy. This year's agenda includes institutional investment, stablecoins, onchain capital markets, and AI agents.
Four Pillars views the Korean digital asset market as being at an important transition point from a retail driven market toward greater institutional participation. Corporate access to digital assets is expanding, the STO market is moving toward formalization, the Digital Asset Basic Act is progressing, and discussions around KRW stablecoins and central bank digital currencies are accelerating.
Four Pillars has been closely following this transition through its research. Its 2026 Korean Web3 Market Report highlighted the combination of expanding corporate participation, stablecoin regulation, and the launch of the STO market as potential catalysts for a structural shift in Korea's digital asset market.
As EastPoint's research partner, Four Pillars will contribute research that interprets these changes from an institutional perspective.
The first publication from the partnership, "Korea Is at an Inflection Point," examines why Korea's digital asset market is entering a new phase. Leading up to the event, Four Pillars will continue publishing research across regulation, institutional participation, stablecoins, tokenization, and other structural changes shaping the Korean market.
Through this partnership, Four Pillars aims to connect the global trend toward institutional digital assets with Korea's evolving regulatory and financial landscape, providing research that helps institutions better understand and navigate the transition.
