Four Pillars Partners with Further Asset Management to Advance Institutional Blockchain Adoption

Four Pillars has entered into a strategic partnership with Further Asset Management to advance institutional blockchain adoption.

As part of the partnership, Further Asset Management is investing in Four Pillars, further strengthening the relationship between the two companies. By combining Further Asset Management's regulatory presence and institutional network across the UAE and wider MENA region with Four Pillars' blockchain research and onchain infrastructure expertise, the two companies plan to develop digital asset infrastructure designed for real world institutional use.

As institutional participation in digital assets continues to expand, blockchain infrastructure is entering a new stage of development. For institutions, access to blockchain technology alone is not enough. Infrastructure must meet the regulatory, security, and operational standards of traditional financial markets while enabling institutions to operate flexibly across multiple networks.

With this in mind, Four Pillars and Further Asset Management will work together to advance compliant, chain agnostic, and interoperable digital asset infrastructure built for institutional scale.

Based in Abu Dhabi, Further Asset Management connects global institutional capital with next generation financial infrastructure. The firm provides institutional investors with access to regulated opportunities across digital assets, structured products, and venture investments, supported by its network across the UAE and wider MENA financial ecosystem.

Four Pillars has been expanding beyond blockchain research into validator and node infrastructure as well as blockchain advisory services for financial institutions. At the core of this expansion is the company's approach of translating its research driven understanding of protocols and markets into infrastructure and execution for institutional clients.

"Institutional adoption is an engineering problem as much as a market one," said Namwoong Kim, CEO of Four Pillars. "Working with Further Asset Management gives us a partner with the regulatory reach and network position to take rigorous, compliant infrastructure into production and to do it where institutional demand is growing fastest."

"Institutions will not adopt blockchain because it is novel. They will adopt it when the infrastructure meets the standards they already operate to," said Faisal Al Hammadi, Managing Partner at Further Asset Management. "Our work with the ecosystem and regulators in Abu Dhabi, across chains, and with partners such as Four Pillars is focused on building infrastructure that is compliant, interoperable, and ready for institutional scale."

Through this partnership, Four Pillars and Further Asset Management will work to support institutional blockchain adoption across the UAE, MENA, and global markets while bringing compliant and interoperable digital asset infrastructure into real world financial environments.
