These Terms of Service represent an agreement between you and Four Pillars, Inc. and its affiliates governing the use of software, subscriptions, applications, websites, and other products and services.
[1] Our Services
[1.1] Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using any websites, content, mobile apps, events, tools, widgets, subscription products, software, APIs, or other materials provided (collectively, "Services"), you agree to follow all rules in these Terms, adhere to the Privacy Policy, and abide by any other policies posted in the Services. The company reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.
These Terms contain explanations of legal rights, rights granted to the company, applicable rules, dispute resolution provisions including arbitration, and relevant interpretations of the arbitration clause.
Important Notice: The company is not responsible for losses, harm, or liabilities from using the Services, including any information, advice, recommendations, ideas, or strategies found within. Users are solely responsible for consequences arising from investment decisions.
[1.2] Eligibility
Users may only access the Services if they can enter a legally binding contract with the company and comply with all applicable laws. Users must be at least 18 years old, or older if required by local law. Users confirm they meet age requirements and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
If unable to form a binding contract, parental or legal guardian permission is required, with the guardian also agreeing to these Terms. Parents or guardians of users unable to form binding contracts are responsible for the user's activities. Services are unavailable to previously banned users.
[1.3] License
The company grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right and license for Software use, subject to Terms compliance. The license applies to:
- Accessing and using Software only as necessary for Services use per these Terms
- The number of authorized users
- Approved and mutually agreed usage volumes specified in ordering documents or written agreements
- Solely for internal and non-commercial purposes
Users must comply with all official documentation, technical manuals, functional manuals, and user guides.
[1.4] Sharing Publicly in Limited Cases
When specific Service parts are expressly marked as shareable in clear and prominent manner (such as certain APIs or widgets for displaying selected data through preapproved standardized widgets or API feeds), republishing is permitted on user-owned websites. Modifications or non-intended uses are prohibited. Users cannot alter, obscure, or change the widget, including branding, attribution, proprietary marks, or hyperlinks. Content cannot be resold and may only be published on websites users own and control, in compliance with all applicable terms, conditions, and policies. Attribution to "Four Pillars" using preapproved artwork and logos, with links to https://4pillars.io, is required. For API feed redistribution inquiries, contact support@4pillars.io.
Users receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to create hyperlinks to publicly accessible websites and freely available Services parts, provided the link does not portray the company, its products, or services negatively, falsely, misleadingly, derogatorily, or offensively. Links must not i-frame content (except via API as described) or alter content or imply unauthorized relationships. Company prior written consent is required to use logos, trademarks, tradenames, or other proprietary content or graphic images in links.
[1.5] Content and Affiliations
Four Pillars is a privately owned and operated company not representing or speaking for any governmental office or authority. Additional products, services, and content may require separate agreements beyond these Terms. Some content is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial 4.0 license (CC BY-NC 4.0). The company has sole discretion in determining whether, how, when, and how frequently to update data and information within Services.
[2] User Obligations
[2.1] Representations
Users warrant that all provided information is true, accurate, complete, and current. Users confirm they have legal right to provide this information. Users must follow all posted policies, including acceptable use policies. Those accepting Terms on behalf of organizations guarantee authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
[2.2] Use
Users may use Services only for internal use as a single end user, unless these Terms or separate written agreements state otherwise. Users cannot resell, share, distribute, publish, publicly post, or market Services. Users cannot use Services to bypass the one-subscription-per-user rule. Services must be used in original form without altering or combining with third-party products, services, or software unless a written contract expressly authorizes it. Copying, collecting, or gathering content manually or using automated tools is strictly prohibited. Violating this section or any other Terms provision results in immediate access termination and cancellation of paid subscriptions without refund.
[2.3] Restrictions
To maintain fair and lawful Services use, users must adhere to these restrictions:
- Content Use: No uploading, posting, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, or distributing any portion of the Services or creating derivative works.
- Commercial Activities: No selling, reselling, leasing, licensing, sublicensing, distributing, copying, duplicating, or transferring any portion for commercial purposes unless expressly agreed in writing.
- Derivative Works: No derivative works based on the Services.
- Downloading and Mirroring: No downloading, copying, caching, mirroring, or storing Services pages or portions.
- Source Code: No reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, translating, or modifying source code.
- Unauthorized Usage: No use on behalf of third parties or for purposes not expressly permitted.
- Negative Portrayal: No portraying the company negatively, falsely, misleadingly, derogatorily, or offensively.
- Co-branding: No co-branding, implying relationships, or endorsing brands in connection with the Services.
- Intellectual Property Notices: No removing, altering, or obscuring titles, logos, brand names, trademarks, copyright or proprietary notices.
- Server Disruption: No damaging, disabling, overburdening, or impairing servers or Services integrity or performance.
- Interference with Users: No restricting, inhibiting, or interfering with other users' Services use.
- Unauthorized Access: No accessing Services, related systems, or networks without authorization.
- Screen Capture: No i-frames, screenshots, or similar framing to enclose, capture, or distribute Services parts.
- Misrepresentation: No false email addresses, impersonation, forged headers, or misleading source information.
- Unlawful or Offensive Content: No unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, obscene, threatening, abusive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content or conduct.
- Competitive Content: No materials containing URLs or links to competitive websites or content.
- Malicious Code: No harmful or malicious computer code, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or similar items.
- Commercial Communication: No advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited commercial communication unless expressly permitted.
- Commercial Use of Materials: No posting, publishing, reproducing, distributing, or exploiting information or materials obtained through Services for commercial purposes unless expressly permitted.
- Copyright Violations: No uploading, posting, or distributing copyrighted material without owner permission or infringing upon others' rights.
- Intellectual Property: No copying, duplicating, or imitating concepts, ideas, business models, processes, products, services, or intellectual property learned through the Services.
[3] Disclaimers
[3.1] Not Financial Advice
Services are strictly for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes. The company does not function as a securities or cryptoasset broker/dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner. Services content does not constitute an offer to buy or sell cryptoassets, commodities, or securities and does not consider individual investment objectives.
[3.2] No Solicitation of Action
Services information should not be interpreted as investment, financial, trading, or any other advice. The company does not endorse purchasing, selling, or holding any cryptoassets, commodities, or securities. Conduct due diligence and consult a financial advisor before making investment decisions.
[3.3] Conduct Independent Research
Services information is not intended as comprehensive information for specific companies, investments, assets, or markets. Relying solely on Services information for investment decisions is inadvisable.
[3.4] Data Reliability
Services content relies on publicly available information the company does not control. The company does not assert content accuracy or completeness. All information and materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties. Users use information at their own risk. Expressed opinions are valid only as of publication date.
[3.5] Suitability Is Personal
Services may describe cryptoassets unsuitable for all investors or specific situations. Seek independent financial advisor advice.
[3.6] Consider Additional Factors
Services may not encompass every factor necessary for investment or trading decisions. Decisions should consider investment objectives, risk tolerance, investment time frames, financial situations, and issuer disclosure information.
[3.7] Consult Qualified Advisors
Services do not provide financial or investment advice and should not replace consultations with qualified professionals familiar with unique needs.
[3.8] For Advisors or Brokers
Those using Services to provide third-party services are fully responsible for those services and must represent they are appropriately qualified and certified. They must not imply company responsibility for their decisions or recommendations.
[3.9] High-Risk Nature of Cryptoasset Investments
Cryptoasset investing is speculative and carries high risk. Users may lose some or all invested money, and margin transactions can lead to losses exceeding initial investments.
[3.10] Past Performance Doesn't Predict Future Results
Trading results are not guaranteed. Past performance information represents historical marketplace conditions and does not guarantee future conditions or performance.
[4] Term, Termination and Effects of Termination
[4.1] Duration of the Term
These Terms remain in effect once they take effect and continue until terminated by either party. Sections 2 and 5–16 remain applicable even after termination in connection with prior Services use.
[4.2] Termination
Users may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by notifying the company or canceling Services access. The company may terminate without notice or temporarily suspend Services access should users breach this Agreement.
[4.3] Effects of Termination
Upon termination, users acknowledge the company no longer has obligation to provide Services. Termination results in immediate license and rights cessation. Certain obligations, such as payment obligations, persist in accordance with these Terms.
[5] Company Rights
Users acknowledge and consent to occasional company electronic Services monitoring. The company may disclose information when necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, governmental requests, ensure proper Services operation, or protect itself and customers. The company retains the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse posting or remove any information or materials deemed unacceptable, inappropriate, or Terms-violating.
[6] Account Management
[6.1] Registration
Services features may require registration. Provide accurate, current, and complete information. The company reserves the right to deny Services access if information is incorrect, outdated, or incomplete.
[6.2] User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for all account activity and must keep passwords secure. Account charges, including taxes, fees, and purchases, are user responsibility. Upon security breaches or unauthorized use, users must promptly inform the company.
[6.3] Usage Restrictions
No downloading content, software, or services unless a "download" link is provided. Copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, broadcasting, selling, licensing, or exploiting any content for unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.
[6.4] Fees and Payments
If Services portions require payment, users agree to pay applicable fees as posted. Maintain accurate billing information. Authorize the company to charge designated payment methods. The company may change fees with 30 days' notice unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
[6.5] Nonpayment
Accounts with unpaid charges exceeding 3 days are delinquent, leading to immediate account and Services termination or suspension.
[6.6] Refunds
- General Policy: Refunds are not guaranteed and may not be provided for changing minds, accidental purchases, or product access issues.
- Cancel Subscription: Cancellation cancels further renewals. Services remain available for the most recent payment period and no refunds are issued.
- Payment Terms: Issued refunds are provided in the original payment form, where possible, in US dollars.
[7] Confidentiality
[7.1] Confidential Information
Either party may share non-public, proprietary, or confidential information with the other party. Confidential Information excludes information that becomes generally public without breach, is received from third-party sources non-confidentially, was already in possession, or is independently developed.
[7.2] Protection and Use of Confidential Information
Receiving parties must ensure confidentiality with care equal to their own, use Confidential Information exclusively for Terms-related purposes, and refrain from disclosure except to service providers bound by equally stringent confidentiality obligations.
[7.3] Compelled Access or Disclosure
If compelled by law to disclose, receiving parties shall make commercially reasonable efforts to notify disclosing parties before disclosure, allowing them to seek protective orders.
[8] Public Postings and Licensed Materials
[8.1] Public Postings
User-posted content on Services may be publicly accessible, including profile data, feedback, comments, uploads, and more. These are considered non-confidential and nonproprietary. Users are solely responsible for Public Postings and their consequences.
[8.2] Submissions
Other user transmissions to the company, such as feedback and suggestions (excluding Personally Identifiable Information), are treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary.
[8.3] User Obligations
Users bear sole responsibility for their content. Users must own or possess necessary licenses, rights, and permissions for published content and not submit content violating applicable laws.
[8.4] Rights
By providing Public Postings or Submissions, users grant the company a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works, distribute, and display content worldwide, and waive all moral rights therein.
[8.5] Historical Data and Listings
Users voluntarily providing historical or current pricing data, transaction data, or business information grant the company a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, and distribute such data.
[8.6] Personally Identifiable Information
The company makes reasonable efforts to safeguard Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
[8.7] Content May Not Be Considered Endorsements
The company does not endorse user-submitted content and expressly disclaims all content-associated liability. The company will remove properly notified infringing content and reserves the right to remove content without notice for Terms violations.
[8.8] Marketing
Neither party may issue announcements or use the other party's trademarks or logos without prior written consent. However, the company may include user names in customer lists in promotional materials without consent.
[9] Ownership
[9.1] Content
All website or Services content is company or third-party property safeguarded by copyright laws, including U.S. copyright laws and international conventions.
[9.2] Rights
The company retains complete ownership rights, title, and interests in Services, including text, images, videos, logos, audio clips, brand elements, data compilations, and metadata. Users may not replicate, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
[9.3] User Feedback
Users acknowledge that unsolicited ideas submitted automatically relinquish associated intellectual property rights. Unsolicited ideas become exclusive company property.
[10] No Warranty
If dissatisfied with Services, the exclusive recourse is discontinuing use. Users remain responsible for committed-term payments. If not enrolled for a minimum period, users may cancel at any time with 30-day advance notice.
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Service use is at user sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Services are offered without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Hypothetical or simulated performance results and/or quantitative modeling have certain limitations. Simulated or modeled results do not represent actual trading. No representation is made that any account will achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
Users are solely responsible for any computer system or mobile device damage or data loss resulting from Services use. These Terms give specific legal rights, and users may have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
[11] Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall the company, affiliates, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising from Services use or inability to use.
The company assumes no liability or responsibility for:
- Content errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies;
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from Services use;
- Any unauthorized server access or use and stored personal information;
- Transmission interruptions;
- Bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or similar items transmitted through Services;
- Content errors, omissions, or loss from available content use;
- Third-party defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct.
The company will not be liable for claims, liabilities, obligations, damages, or costs exceeding the amount paid hereunder or $100.00, whichever is greater.
[12] Indemnity
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the company and its affiliates harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or costs, including attorney's fees, arising from:
- Services access or use;
- Any Terms violation;
- Third-party rights infringement;
- Applicable law violations;
- Deliberate misconduct; or
- Third-party Services access with user credentials.
[13] Modifications
[13.1] Modification of Terms
The company reserves the right to periodically modify these Terms, with notification via email or Services posting. Changes take effect upon receipt or posting, whichever occurs first. Continued Services use signifies change acknowledgment and binding agreement.
[13.2] Modifications to Services
The company retains the right to amend or discontinue Services at any time, with or without notice. Upon modification or discontinuation, the sole remedy is terminating these Terms.
[14] Third-Party Consent and Services
[14.1] Third-Party Consent
Third-party content (including advertisements) on Services is the sole responsibility of respective authors. Users may engage with third parties directly; such interactions exist solely between users and third parties. The company does not endorse or guarantee any third-party content.
[14.2] Third-Party Services
Services may contain links to third-party materials. Upon using Third-Party Services, users are bound by third-party terms and privacy policies. The company does not endorse such services, and users access them at their own risk.
[15] Intellectual Property
[15.1] Trademark Notice
The Four Pillars trademark and service mark is Four Pillars, Inc. property. Trademark filings are currently pending; all rights remain with the company.
[15.2] Digital Millennium Copyright Act
The company respects copyright owner rights and addresses alleged infringement per the DMCA. Complaints must be written and include:
- Electronic or physical signature of authorized individual;
- Infringed copyrighted work identification;
- Alleged infringing material identification and Services location;
- Contact information (address, phone, email);
- Statement of good faith belief regarding unauthorized use;
- Statement under perjury penalty affirming accuracy and authority.

The company maintains a repeat infringer termination policy and retains discretion to limit access or terminate accounts for infringement.
[16] Export Controls
Users acknowledge Services may be subject to export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations, OFAC sanctions, and International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Users confirm they are not on sanctions lists or located in sanctioned countries. Personal information may be transferred to and processed on servers in the United States or other countries.
[17] General
[17.1] Governing Law
Users agree the company is exclusively headquartered in Korea and Services are passive, conferring no personal jurisdiction outside Korea. These Terms are governed by Korea's internal laws without regard to conflict of laws principles.
[17.2] Compliance
Users must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and rules related to Services use.
[17.3] No Assignment
Users may not transfer or assign these Terms without prior written company consent. The company may assign without restrictions.
[17.4] Notification
The company may notify users through email, written notice, or website posting. The company reserves the right to modify or update Terms, and users will be notified of substantial changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
[17.5] Arbitration
Carefully review this section as it mandates disputes arbitration and limits your company recourse. Upon company dispute, users must first contact support@4pillars.io for informal resolution. After 60 days, both parties agree to binding arbitration via JAMS Optional Expedited Arbitration Procedures. Arbitration will be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware unless otherwise agreed. Commercial users bear their respective fees per JAMS rules. Non-commercial users may initiate small claims court action. This section does not preclude seeking injunctive or equitable relief.
[17.6] Class Action/Jury Trial Waiver
All claims must be pursued individually, not as part of any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. This waiver extends to class arbitration. By entering into these Terms, you and the company waive the right to jury trial or class-action participation.
[17.7] Entire Agreement / Severability
These Terms are the complete Services agreement. If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect. If Section 17.6's waiver is unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement in Section 17.5 is unenforceable.
[17.8] No Waiver
No waiver shall be considered a continuing waiver. The company's failure to assert any right does not constitute waiver.
[17.9] California Residents
