Norswap is a tech nerd with a long experience in and out of the blockchain space. He has a Ph.D. in compiler engineering and worked for Oracle on TruffleRuby, the fastest Ruby compiler. At OP Labs, he wrote most of the original OP stack specifications. He's now running HappyChain, a rollup chain optimized for fully onchain gaming and its challenges, with the goal of making blockchain worlds and onchain content creation accessible to all.
